Protecting Childhood, Building Futures

Our Child Protection Program is dedicated to ensuring the safety, dignity, and well-being of children in Nyumanzi and surrounding communities. We work with families, schools, and local leaders to prevent abuse, exploitation, and neglect, and to respond rapidly when children are at risk.

  • Establishing child-friendly spaces for play, learning, and healing
  • Community child protection committees and reporting mechanisms
  • Prevention of gender-based violence (GBV) and exploitation
  • Case management and psychosocial support for vulnerable children
  • Family tracing and reunification services
  • Training for caregivers, teachers, and community leaders
